Camping On The Range
Competitors attending competitions at the range are welcome to camp on the range.
The range has toilet and shower facilities, but no powered camp sites.
Range facilities have been designed to be used by disabled persons.

Joining SSAA Ravenshoe and Distrinct Branch Inc

The Ravenshoe range is located less than five minutes from the township of Ravenshoe.
Ravenshoe is a 2 hour drive from the Cairns Domestic and Internationl airports.

Ravenshoe Highlanders Shooting Complex is a range complex shared by:

Sporting Shooters Association Of Australia (SSAA) Ravenshoe and District Branch Inc
and
Ravenshoe Mt Garnet Rifle Club which is affiliated with the North Queensland Rifle Association

We shoot regularly on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday:
- The SSAA Ravenshoe and District Branch shoots Pistol and Rifles every Wednesday and Saturday starting at 9am and Benchrest Competitions every other Tuesday starting at 8.30am
- The Ravenshoe/Mt Garnet Rifle Club shoots every Sunday starting at 8.30am
